Return & Refund Policy

At ByBye, we create our pieces in small batches and appreciate every order placed with us. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear

To request an exchange or store credit, please email us at Bybye.studio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Bybye.studio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale products

  • Personalized or custom-made items


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Local Delivery Orders

For orders delivered locally on Kauaʻi, the same return and exchange policy applies. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
