We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
How do I care for my ByBye pieces?
Care instructions vary by garment. Please refer to the care label attached to your item and the care information listed on each product page.
Following the recommended care instructions will help your pieces last for years to come.

For us, heirloom quality means creating pieces that feel timeless, well-made, and worth holding onto. We focus on thoughtful details, quality materials, and designs that can be worn and loved for years.
How do your sizes fit?
Most ByBye pieces are designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit. Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page for specific measurements and recommendations.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more oversized look.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Some pieces may return, while others are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked.

Designed in Hawaiʻi and thoughtfully crafted with trusted partners in Hawaii, USA, Bali and Vietnam. We work closely with our partners to create small-batch pieces with quality, comfort, and longevity in mind.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer local delivery on Kauaʻi?
Yes. We offer local delivery for customers on Kauaʻi.
